Policies
The bill for services will be based on prices in effect at the time services are rendered.
Orders must be placed 72 hours in advance in order to assure availability and timely delivery.
Orders placed with less than 72 hours notice may incur an additional service charge.
Operating Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm. Events scheduled outside of these hours will be subject to an additional fee.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check or Cash.
Payment is due at the time of delivery or before.
Guest count is considered final at 2 days prior to event.
Final billing shall be based on (1) the guaranteed number of attendees or actual number of attendees, whichever is greater, and (2) the final menu of items and services provided by Eurest to meet your requirements.
Cancellations or late changes may result in a charge for cost of food, supplies, or other expenses incurred.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Specialty Staff Rates and Fees
Regular Delivery ......... $10.00
Chafer Set-Up/Delivery ......... $25.00
Carvers ......... $25.00/hour
Chefs ........... $40.00/hour
Bartenders .... $35.00/hour
Additional Servers ... $25.00/hour
Additional labor charges will be applied to events exceeding two hours duration.
Off-site Set-Up/Delivery may incur an additional Set-Up/Delivery Fee.
Special Arrangements: Our catering staff is happy to assist you with decoration ideas. Theme decorations are available for an additional charge.
